How will my order be handled at Ramakrsna?
Once you place your order using any of the above mentioned methods and make the payment. Your order is taken in to process on the same day or latest by the nest day. The order is then processed and then blessed and energized before being dispatched. Mostly we process and dispatch orders on the next day (within 48 hours) after taking it in process. But in certain cases depending upon the product it may take us 2 – 3 days to dispatch your order.

How much time does it take for you to dispatch an order?
All other orders are dispatched the next day after confirming the payment and taking them in process i.e. within 48 hours. In certain cases depending upon products in your order, if your order contains a product which requires customized making such as for ring, mala, bracelet or locket then your order will take us around 3-4 days to dispatch.
How much time does will it take for an order to reach me?
We use express shipping so depending upon your Pincode in India it takes around 1-3 days for the order to reach you, for overseas orders it takes around 3-5 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will be provided a tracking ID using which you can track your order.

Detailed personal consultations are done manually wherein a Kundli is prepared and an exhaustive process is followed. Depending upon the queue it takes around 2-3 days for Punditji to prepare, study the Kundli and make the reports.
What if I want to ask specific questions to Panditji regarding my business/career/relationship?

What are the shipping and handling charges?
In India shipping and handling charges are Free for all orders above Rs. 2000/. Other than that for orders below the threshold value a nominal charge of Rs. 90/- us charged. For international depending upon your country shipping charges are applied.

Refunds take us 48 hours to process but it may take up to 5-7 days for the amount to show up at the source of payments depending upon your bank.

How are products from Ramakrsna energized and blessed before dispatch?
